During our collaboration with Joseph Joseph as their year-end approached, they faced ambitious sales targets. The client requested we focus on frugality with the full funnel DSP and Sponsored Ads set up, we therefore sought methods to boost sales in the EU markets in the most efficient way possible.
Initially, the client requested up weighting Sponsored Ads over DSP. As this didn’t improve results, we decided to leverage new insights provided by AMC data, allowing us to make strategic adjustments to our campaign setup. Through analysis of the change in path-to-conversion and determining the ad product with the highest sales impact, we gained valuable insights. This success highlights the power of data-driven decision-making in optimizing advertising strategies.
Initially, we had a significant investment in Sponsored Products, although AMC revealed that DSP had a greater influence on sales. Therefore we customized our advertising setup and redirected more towards DSP, surpassing our original allocation. As a result, we witnessed an increase in total sales.
