The Senior DSP Account Manager plays a critical role in owning and driving performance for high-impact Amazon DSP campaigns across strategic (Tier 1) accounts. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role blends advanced technical expertise with strategic leadership, delivering exceptional client results and contributing to agency-wide innovation. As a Senior AM, you will independently manage executive-level client relationships, develop and execute custom strategies, and lead complex projects with minimal oversight. You are expected to proactively identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and influence cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of service delivery. In addition to managing key accounts, you will mentor team members, support hiring processes, and champion scalable solutions that strengthen team capabilities and business growth.
