Meet Stephanie Biolley – Sponsored Ads Account Manager
Stephanie brings over 8 years of marketing and advertising experience to Amerge, starting in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industry at GSK, where she coordinated regional projects, crafted promotional strategies, and managed campaigns across Latin America. Most recently, she spent four years at Amazon Ads, supporting campaign operations and leading a team for the US non-endemic market. Her background in both data-driven strategy and design means she blends sharp analysis with a creative edge.

Please join us in welcoming Kristian to Amerge! Kristian has called Bratislava home since 2011, where he started university studying translation and interpreting. Right after graduating he spent over 8 years at Amazon, moving through several departments and building a broad, cross-functional skillset – exactly the kind of experience that helps connect strategy with execution.

Fabricio brings a dynamic mix of journalism, advertising, and 8 years of Amazon experience to Amerge — including 7 years in Amazon Advertising. He has led operations, launched the first Billing team in Costa Rica, and managed major accounts like Pokémon, Funko, and LEGO as a Campaign Creative Manager. Most recently, he worked as a Senior Account Executive at Amazon Business, where he focused on pipeline development, prospecting, and closing deals.

She’s managed complex campaign setups and optimizations, improved operational efficiency, and even taken the lead on high-profile events like Prime Day and Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Her leadership experience includes training new hires and spearheading site initiatives — proof that she thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
