Employee Spotlight: Kelsey Corley – Client Strategy Lead

Promoted from Client Relationship Associate, Kelsey has played a key role in strengthening Amerge’s U.S. non-endemic partnership with Amazon — fostering collaboration across mid-market and local teams while shaping strategy that positions Amerge as a true extension of Amazon. Empowered by mentorship and trust, she’s led high-impact initiatives that have fueled both client and personal growth. In her new role as Client Strategy Lead, Kelsey looks forward to driving long-term strategic planning, mentoring teammates, and delivering even greater value to Amerge’s partners.

What excites you most about your new role?

“I’m most excited to take on a bigger strategic role—driving long-term growth plans, mentoring others, and shaping how we deliver even greater value to our clients.“

Employee Spotlight: Kurt Dikeman – Senior Client Strategy Lead

Promoted from Category Lead, Kurt has grown alongside Amerge’s rapid U.S. expansion, taking on a more strategic and leadership-oriented role. Here’s what he shared about his journey and vision for the future:

How has your role evolved since you first joined Amerge?

“Since joining Amerge, my role has evolved significantly alongside the company’s rapid U.S. growth. In 2024, I began managing a smaller portfolio of clients with substantially higher investments on Amazon. These larger engagements demand deeper collaboration across account management and internal partner teams, as well as a greater emphasis on strategic planning and delegation. My day-to-day focus has shifted from tactical execution to high-level strategy, long-term growth planning, and ensuring operational excellence across cross-functional teams.”

What’s your vision for how our team can continue to create value for clients?

“Our team can continue creating value by staying relentlessly forward-thinking in our approach to advertising strategy. Success on Amazon requires constant adaptation—what works today might not deliver the same results in the near future. To stay ahead, we need to keep testing, learning, and evolving, bringing proactive recommendations to clients before they even realize they need them. By combining innovation with data-driven insights, we can help our partners not just meet goals, but redefine what success looks like in their categories.”

What new approaches or strategies do you think will shape the future of business development?

“Amazon’s advertising evolution is expanding far beyond retail media. Emerging partnerships with platforms like Netflix and Spotify signal
a shift toward a cross-platform ecosystem that extends Amazon’s DSP beyond its owned inventory. This expansion positions Amazon as a consolidated media solution for brands—one capable of uniting performance and awareness across multiple channels. For agencies like ours, the future of business development lies 
in embracing this convergence early—guiding clients through these new opportunities 
and helping them invest intelligently across 
the broader Amazon ecosystem.”

Employee Spotlight: Maximilian Janik – Creative Services Team Manager

Promoted from Creative Services Team Lead, Max has built his career on strong organization, exceptional project management, and a personable approach that clients genuinely appreciate. Known for keeping communication approachable and human, he believes success lies in understanding client needs while maintaining a relaxed, solution-driven atmosphere. As Creative Services Team Manager, Max aims to focus more on strategic planning, team growth, and expanding design capabilities to better support clients—while ensuring his team remains engaged, motivated, and proud of the quality they deliver every day.

What’s one goal or milestone you’d like to achieve in the coming year?

“To make sure the team is satisfied at work and that we are able to grow as a team. This comes naturally with increasing the number of clients, however, the priority is to maintain the same level of service quality.“

Employee Spotlight: Jakub Stefancik – Selling Partner Team Manager

Promoted from Selling Partner Team Lead, Jakub’s journey at Amerge reflects the growth of the Selling Partner Services pillar itself. Here’s what he shared about his evolution and passion for helping clients succeed on Amazon:

How has your role evolved since you first joined Amerge?

“Back in 2021, I joined Amerge as a Senior Vendor Manager responsible solely for the account management of Amazon Vendor and Seller Central platforms. Back then, it was only one colleague and I tackling operational obstacles as an auxiliary service to our advertising clients. Now, 4 years later, I am proud to be a Team Manager of 6 wonderful Account Managers and Copywriters supporting our clients with a full spectrum of services within the standalone Selling Partner Services pillar.”

How has Amerge supported your growth and career development?

“What I love about Amerge is the deep appreciation for people’s expertise. Having 5 years of experience with Amazon selling programs, they always trusted my opinions, which has been key in evolving the business to the stage we’re currently in.“

What’s the most rewarding part of helping vendors and sellers grow their business through Amazon’s Selling Partner Services?

“Hard to say really. Although if I had to pick one thing, it would be the pure joy of having the underlying issues resolved after an extended period of time. I’m not saying we have a magic wand that makes all the problems go away, but we are very perseverant and ultimately do what we can to satisfy our clients’ needs.”




Employee Spotlight: Juraj Mriso – Senior IT Manager

Stepping up from his role as IT Manager, Juraj has been instrumental in ensuring Amerge’s operations remain secure, efficient, and ready to meet future challenges. Among his proudest achievements was successfully delivering three major projects simultaneously: overseeing the office move, supporting Summit preparations, and implementing the company’s Business Continuity Plan and he has completed all with exceptional results and team satisfaction.

As Senior IT Manager, Juraj is now focused on automating the equipment purchase approval process to make IT operations smoother and more efficient. Above all, he emphasizes the importance of security, reminding everyone that even the best technology depends on vigilance and safe habits — from using password managers and multi-factor authentication to staying cautious of potential phishing or impersonation attempts in today’s AI-driven landscape.

In a technical field like IT, what do you think is most important to never lose sight of?

“Security. In today’s world, many people neglect or underestimate security aspect in business and personal life.
Absolute necessity should be using Password manager and Multi-Factor authentication where applicable.
Also, to proceed with caution to any contact who asks you for your personal or financial information, even if the person seems or sounds like your friend, relative or colleague. Advanced AI tools are used by hackers more frequently and the majority of attacks use social engineering and rely on human trust and can impersonate basically anyone.“
