DSP Senior Account Manager (Slovakia)

The Senior DSP Account Manager plays a critical role in owning and driving performance for high-impact Amazon DSP campaigns across strategic (Tier 1) accounts. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role blends advanced technical expertise with strategic leadership, delivering exceptional client results and contributing to agency-wide innovation. As a Senior AM, you will independently manage executive-level client relationships, develop and execute custom strategies, and lead complex projects with minimal oversight. You are expected to proactively identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and influence cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of service delivery. In addition to managing key accounts, you will mentor team members, support hiring processes, and champion scalable solutions that strengthen team capabilities and business growth.

What is DSP?

Amazon DSP is a Demand-Side Platform – a versatile tool for purchasing advertising on Amazon’s own and third- party inventory. It offers a rich selection of targeting options and ad types ranging from display and video to audio, Twitch, and streaming TV ads. Amazon DSP competes directly with Google’s and Meta’s DSP platforms as one of the fastest-growing advertising solutions on the market. Job description, responsibilities, and duties:

  • Owns end-to-end strategy and execution for Tier 1 Amazon DSP accounts, including upsell planning and cross-service expansion.
  • Leads QBRs, strategic calls, and stakeholder alignment with minimal support; builds tailored, data-rich strategic presentations.
  • Develop custom solutions that go beyond standard tactics to meet complex client needs.
  • Proactively drives account growth, identifying high-impact budget opportunities and innovation levers.
  • Mentors junior and mid-level team members, contributes to onboarding materials, and supports peer development.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in Amazon DSP strategy, tools, and performance best practices.
  • Leads process and service evolution, including internal audits, scalable strategy design, and cross-team projects.
  • Collaborate with Amazon and third-party partners to provide feature feedback and support platform innovation.
  • Drives team-level OKRs, contributes to strategic planning, and acts as an executive judge in training forums (e.g., Pitch Practice).

  • Apply sound judgment to solve problems and choose effective methods.
  • Sharpen decision-making by refining analysis, anticipating challenges, and navigating ambiguity.

  • Learns quickly and leverages DSP and Amazon Ads tools effectively.
  • Engages with senior internal and external partners.
  • Prioritizes and manages workload efficiently.
  • Operates locally while aligning with broader team goals.

  • Solves moderate-scope problems using established practices.
  • Leads high-impact projects and drives scalable process improvements.
  • Delivers high-quality work with minimal oversight.
  • Handles routine tasks independently.
  • Grows autonomy in tackling complex or non-routine work.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing display or PPC campaigns (Amazon DSP preferred; Google/Meta a plus).
  • Proven ability to independently manage larger accounts or portfolios.
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience creating and presenting strategic, data-backed recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, SEO, or Amazon retail ecosystems preferred.
  • English C1/B2
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree is a requirement.
  • Digital advertising or marketing major is a preference, but not a requirement.

Salary:

The base gross monthly salary for this position starts from EUR 2,600. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s individual qualifications, skills, and experience, and will be agreed upon during the selection process in accordance with applicable legislation and internal compensation policies.
