Sponsored Ads Account Specialist/Manager with English (Costa Rica)

We have an amazing opportunity for mid-senior candidates (Sponsored Ads Account Manager) to join the Amerge! Our Sponsored Ads team is growing, and the portfolio of our clients is expanding, we must ensure that we can provide an excellent client experience. You will work predominantly with our Amazon clients from the USA. We work with brands such as Joseph Joseph, Adobe, Babor, Epson, HyperX, Razer, Sonax, Tangle Teezer, and Turtle Wax.

We are a fun team located around the globe in Costa Rica, USA, UK, Germany and Slovakia). We support hybrid work mode or fully remote work mode. We love innovations and technologies, and we are the subject matter experts in what we do.

What does the team Sponsored Ads do? Sponsored Ads enable precise targeting via diverse ad options, reaching customers effectively across the Amazon store and its network. It leverages Amazon’s rich customer data for strategic ad placement and management with solutions like Amazon Marketing Cloud and Amazon Marketing Stream. It’s the hallmark of Amazon Ads solution. With Amerge, you will be part of this exciting growth and have a chance to shape the future of Amazon Ads.

Job description, core responsibilities, and duties

  • Management of Sponsored Ads accounts for global clients.
  • Optimizations of Sponsored Ads campaigns.
  • Creating and executing PPC strategies within Sponsored Ads.
  • Management and ownership of KPI specific to the account.
  • Preparation and delivery of presentation of campaign results to clients.

Requirements for the employee

  • 2-3 years of experience managing PPC performance campaigns on Google and/or Meta advertising platforms for a mid-senior candidate.
  • Being comfortable to face our clients on video calls – this is a client-facing role so we need you to be comfortable with going on video calls. The good news is that we will teach you and support you until you are ready to be on the calls on your own!
  • Experience with SEO or e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are a must.

Educational Specialization

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree is a requirement.

Language skills

  • English C1/C2
