Introduction

Beko, a leading global home appliance brand, offers a compelling combination of innovation, style, and affordability. Founded in Turkey in 1955 and owned by Arçelik, a major European manufacturer, Beko provides a wide range of appliances, including washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ovens. The brand prioritizes innovative technologies, such as energy-saving systems and smart connectivity, while also emphasizing sustainable practices. Beko appliances feature modern designs and user-friendly interfaces, fitting seamlessly into contemporary homes. With a focus on value and performance, Beko continues to expand its global presence, offering consumers high-quality appliances at competitive prices.

Our Solution

Beko Case Study: Exceeding Goals in the Italian Market
“To achieve our sales targets, we implemented an always-on strategy for both DSP and Sponsored Ads. Starting in February 2024, we introduced DSP campaigns, leveraging Amazon’s audience targeting capabilities to reach customers based on their behavior. Through continuous monthly performance monitoring, we closely analyzed the drivers of New-to-Brand (NTB) growth and sales, making ongoing optimizations to both our DSP and Sponsored Ads setups. Notably, utilizing Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) audiences, such as the “Add To Cart” segment, yielded excellent results, achieving a 2.49% ACOS.”

The Challenge

Their in-house Sponsored Ads management wasn’t delivering the desired results due to lack of time and technology resources. We began managing their Sponsored Ads in July 2023. By February 2024, the significant performance improvements we achieved led to a joint decision to expand into upper-funnel marketing activities. Consequently, we launched an always-on DSP campaign featuring diverse custom banners showcasing their various product categories.

Results

We significantly exceeded sales targets, achieving 138.82% of goal in IT and an 82.5% New-to-Brand (NTB) percentage across both advertising channels. This strong performance, particularly following the launch of our DSP campaigns, drove substantial month-over-month growth. As a result, starting in 2025, Amerge assumed full-funnel Amazon Ads management for three of their brands: Whirlpool, Hotpoint-Ariston, and Indesit.
