“Our first step was to carefully segment the client’s product catalog based on product types, seasonal trends, and customer demand. This segmentation allowed us to tailor our DSP campaigns to each product group’s specific needs, ensuring that we were targeting the right customers with the most relevant ads at the right times. A core strategy was building custom audiences based on recent interactions, ensuring efficient ad spend while maximizing ROAS. To balance profitability and customer acquisition, we prioritized mid and lower funnel strategies while allocating budget to in-market and lifestyle segments for NTB growth. In Germany, contextual targeting using real-time behavioral data helped reach relevant shoppers. We also adjusted ad spend based on product seasonality, ensuring peak-time prioritization. With continuous performance monitoring and real-time optimizations, we consistently met the client’s targets.”

Results

In the first six months, CCLIFE’s Amazon DSP strategy achieved 2x the ROAS of Sponsored Ads in the German marketplace, driving higher profitability and efficient customer acquisition, with New-To-Business (NTB) rates consistently over 82%. Building on this success, we expanded DSP efforts to France, where we saw similar results, doubling Sponsored Ads ROAS with NTB% around 80%. Simultaneously, we successfully reduced total ACOS to the ideal level in both marketplaces while sustaining strong total sales growth.
