At Amerge, growth is part of our DNA — both for the brands we support and for the people behind that success. We’re proud to celebrate eleven of our talented team members who have taken the next step in their careers. Each promotion represents not just individual achievement, but the collective drive, creativity, and expertise that help our clients thrive on Amazon every day.
We caught up with a few of them to hear about their journeys, what inspires them, and their vision for the future of e-commerce.
Korbinian Scheck – Sponsored Ads Account Manager
Promoted from Sponsored Ads Account Associate, Korbinian combines performance-focused management and sharp attention to detail across multiple brands. He also contributes to team growth through audits, training, and process improvements including an Excel tool that cut audit prep time by over 80%.
- What skills or experiences helped you reach this point in your career?
“I’ve always enjoyed working with clients and reaching their goals together. Listening closely, analyzing the situation, and eventually developing the right strategy based on the identified needs is key for this. That’s why my analytical approach is a big help in this role!”
- Is there someone at Amerge who’s played a key role in your growth?
“The collaboration within the Sponsored Ads team at Amerge is just amazing! The level of expertise and willingness to support each other is great. For me personally I would like to particularly highlight Mirka and Domi as my team leads who always supported my development.”
- As the field evolves so quickly, what do you think is important for advertisers not to forget when optimizing Sponsored Ads?

“ROAS is not the only KPI to look at when optimizing Sponsored Ads. Still too often a high ROAS is considered the only metric to measure the success of Sponsored Ads. But as versatile as the strategies are, as versatile should be the KPIs used to evaluate if the goals were reached.”
Michal Ondro – DSP Senior Account Manager
Promoted from DSP Account Manager, Michal is known for his strong ownership mindset and consistent client satisfaction. As an SME for DSP Video, he’s contributed thought leadership through his Prime Video Ads article while mentoring others and supporting team growth.
- What does this promotion mean to you personally and professionally?
“It’s a good reminder that progress doesn’t happen overnight – it’s built through the unglamorous stuff: testing, learning, failing, and occasionally succeeding. Professionally, it means more responsibility (and probably more spreadsheets). Personally, it’s nice to know the effort is paying off – and that I get to keep learning alongside such a sharp team.”
- What advice would you give to someone aspiring to grow at Amerge?
“Be curious and reliable – that combination gets you far here. Learn how things work, ask questions that make people think, and when you say you’ll do something, do it well. Growth here isn’t about being the loudest in the room – it’s about being consistent, collaborative, and genuinely interested in the work.”
- With all the data and automation available today, what’s important for marketers not to lose sight of when building DSP campaigns?

“Don’t let the dashboards make you forget there’s a human behind the metrics. Automation is great for efficiency, but relevance still comes from understanding people – what they care about, how they think, and why they’d bother clicking on an ad in the first place. Balance the numbers with a bit of common sense and creativity.”
Marian Holenka – DSP Senior Account Manager
Recently promoted from DSP Account Manager, Marian has driven exceptional results through diverse DSP campaigns while maintaining over 95% pacing accuracy. A trusted SME for non-endemic clients, he’s also strengthened Amerge’s visibility through training, mentorship, and thought leadership initiatives.
- What has been your proudest achievement at Amerge so far?
“Earning an honorable mention in the Best Employee Awards 2024 during my first year was a huge personal and unexpected milestone. It reinforced my confidence and inspired me to aim even higher.”
- How has Amerge supported your growth and career development?
“Amerge feels like a world-class university where learning never stops. I’ve had access to incredible resources, mentorship, and feedback that empowered me to grow and sharpen my skills.”
- What do you think will be the next big opportunity for advertisers using DSP — something that could redefine campaign performance or targeting?

“The future relies on AI-powered predictive targeting and unifying streaming TV inventory for DSP video ads across multiple providers for example like Prime Video or Disney+. Combining this with our granular Amerge settings will unlock unprecedented precision and performance.”
Stephanie Koval – DSP Team Manager
Promoted from DSP Team Lead, Stephanie has played a key role in developing talent and strengthening team operations, mentoring several colleagues into senior and lead positions. She introduced a QA process that prevented over 200 high-risk campaigns, actively supports HR initiatives in Amerge Costa Rica, and successfully planned and executed the 2025 Costa Rica Summit.
- How has your role evolved since you first joined Amerge?
“The evolution has been significant—from a Senior Account Manager to a Team Lead to Team Manager – As one of the first members in Costa Rica, this gave me an unique opportunity to directly influence the team’s structure by shaping roles and participating in hiring processes. This foundation allowed me to gain a complete perspective on the admin and operations side, preparing me to help with our expansion from the ground up to the present with over 20 members currently just in Costa Rica. it’s hard not to reminisce and feel proud of how far I’ve come.”
- What’s your vision for your new position and your team?
“I see this new position as an opportunity to scale our impact through strategic talent development. My vision is to not only mentor and shape our current members but also to proactively identify and cultivate new opportunities for their growth. By fostering a transparent environment where feedback is actively welcomed, we can ensure the team is resilient, constantly improving, and fully aligned with Amerge’s broader objectives.”
- What’s the best lesson you’ve learned so far that you’d share with others?
“The best lesson I’ve learned is the importance of perspective and maintaining sanity during high-stress moments. Early on, our COO, Vitaly Dmitriev, used to take a minute and simply say, ‘It’s just advertising.’ As straightforward as it sounds, it’s a constant reminder that while we face inevitable challenges and stress, we are not performing surgery. As long as we commit to our effort each day, we can trust that the chaos will subside and our hard work will gradually lead to success.”
