The 2025 Amerge Global Summit has officially wrapped, and it was nothing short of special. This year marked a major milestone for our company: our 5th anniversary. What began in 2020 as a vision shared by three ex-Amazonians has grown into a global team of over 100+ employees across four international offices.
This summit, one of our most important company traditions, provided a powerful moment to reflect on our incredible journey and set the stage for our next chapter.

Kicking Off with Vision and Strategy
We started the week strong with our global All-Hands meeting. It was a fantastic opportunity to bring everyone together, both in-person and virtually. Our founders and team managers took the stage to present the main highlights and successes of 2025, celebrating the hard work and dedication that defined our year.
Looking forward, they laid out a clear and inspiring vision for 2026, aligning our entire global team on the key focus areas and ambitious goals that lie ahead.
Introducing Our New Value: Freedom and Responsibility
The most significant announcement of the summit was the introduction of a new company value that will help guide our next phase of growth: Freedom and Responsibility.

Freedom and Responsibility will complement our existing values: “Be Human”, “Low Blame, High Analysis”, “Flow State”, “Room to Breathe” and “Be Frugal”.
Our Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer, Will Fisher, introduced this new value for the company:
“Freedom is being empowered to make independent data-led decisions at all levels. Responsibility means using that freedom wisely – making choices that benefit your team, our customers, and the company as a whole.”
Celebrating Our Culture
At Amerge, we don’t just state our values; we live them. That’s why one of the week’s most anticipated events is always our annual “Company Value Awards.”
This tradition is a cornerstone of our company culture. It offers a powerful opportunity for team members to show appreciation and express gratitude, formally recognizing colleagues who exceptionally embodied our core values throughout the year.

The Power of Collaboration and Connection
The summit was a balanced mix of intensive work and well-deserved fun. The energy of in-person collaboration was amazing. From deep-dive team workshops to strategic planning meetings, the week reinforced just how essential this face-to-face time is for our continued success and innovation.
Of course, it wouldn’t be an Amerge summit without some serious team building! We concluded the week with unforgettable activities that catered to everyone:
🏰Teams navigated a fortress escape room, combining physical exercise with challenging quizzes and logical quests.
🎲Others enjoyed a laugh-filled (but surprisingly competitive!) game of Amerge bingo.
🎤We closed out the week with a lovely team dinner and our favorite tradition: a karaoke night that truly showcased our “Be Human” value!
