🚀 Successful Completion of AMC Self-Service Instance Management API Beta
We have achieved a significant milestone in Q4 2024 with successful beta testing of the AMC Self-Service Instance Management API. This innovative API enables Amazon Ads Partner Agencies to independently manage their clients’ Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) instances, reducing dependency on manual processes and Amazon representatives. Key features of the API include:
Instance Management Capabilities: Agencies are able to create, update, or delete AMC instances, including modifying instance names, and adding or removing advertiser IDs.
Automation and Efficiency: Agencies are able to request instance creation or updates directly from API, bypassing the need for time-intensive manual request.
Enhanced Flexibility: The new API supports modifications to advertiser names and enables seamless updates to instance configurations, empowering Agencies to adapt instances to evolving reporting needs.
🚀Development of AMC 1P Data Upload Workflow to Enrich AMC Data Learnings
To provide clients with deeper data insights, we have developed a streamlined workflow for uploading first party (1P) data into AMC. This new feature enables the following capabilities:
Seamless Data Integration: Clients can merge their proprietary datasets with AMC’s existing data, creating a richer analytical environment that combines native Amazon and client’s non-Amazon data.
Enhanced Campaign Learnings: The integration of 1P data allows for a more nuanced understanding of consumer behaviour from angles that aren’t limited by Amazon-only signals..
Actionable Insights: Enriched datasets enable clients to build AMC audiences and make optimisations based on learnings enriched with signals from their non-Amazon data.
🚀 Amazon DSP Conversion API Onboarding for Bespoke Event Data Flows
In Q4 2024 we have successfully onboarded the Amazon DSP Conversions API, enhancing our ability to track and manage conversions events with greater precision. The integration process involved setting up server endpoints to receive conversion events, defining conversion actions relevant to our campaigns, and configuring data flows to Amazon DSP. This setup ensures that external conversion data is accurately captured and attributed by Amazon DSP. The integration offers several key benefits:
Server To Server Event Tracking: The Conversions API facilitates direct server -to-server communication, enabling the capture of conversion events without relying solely on client-side methods like browser cookies. This approach enhances data safety, accuracy and reliability.
Customized Conversion Definitions: Through the API, we can create tailored conversion definitions that align with specific campaign objectives. This customization tracking of conversion events previously not possible via an Amazon Ad Tag..
Enhanced Data Privacy Compliance: By utilizing server-side tracking, the conversions API helps in adhering to data privacy regulations ensuring that user data is handled securely and in compliance with industry standards.

In Q4 2024 we have also successfully addressed a critical challenge affecting the accuracy of Amazon Seller Reporting. This initiative significantly improved the alignment between sales data reported in Amazon Seller Central and the data available in Amerge View, empowering clients and our Account Managers to make more informed decisions with data readily available.
